Focus of activity

Mohammad Reza Ansari is an urban planning engineer. He holds a M.Eng. from the University of the Ryukyus, Japan, and is a former senior advisor to the deputy minister of construction in the ministry of urban development and land of Afghanistan. He has been involved in different city projects implemented in Afghanistan, including Stabilization of Urban Neighborhoods Project (SUN), Kabul New City Project (KNC), Urban Design Framework for Five Important Cities of Afghanistan, etc. His research activities are mostly focused on the assessment and analysis of urban facilities in developing countries.
